Click on the Usergroups button in the navbar, and on that page you can apply to be a moderator for different sections!
Administrators and Global Moderators are closed groups for obvious reasons.
Please remember you are not guaranteed to get a position, it is based on how you act around the forums and whether or not I think I can trust you.
